Since winter 2013 I do polefitness. I am really obsessed with this sport. Those 3 years were some of the most exciting and also most nerve-racking years of my 20 years. I had my up and downs but I never fellt like giving up. I am still learning so many new tricks and ways to do polefitness. Most of all is streching my ineterate enemy. I am a very ambitious person but streching is just not my strengh until now. Especially the split is very difficult for me since I had an injury at my adductor musculature. But I am working on it and at the moment I am at my highest point I have ever been.

Unfortunately because of the injury it takes me twice as much to get progress but I am working on it.
My strengh at the moment is my back flexibility.


Now in 2016 I have passed the pole education for basic. Now I am offical in the positon to give pole lessions for beginners and I am unbelievabel happy about it.

I am also not that good in handstands. I do not have the strengh in my shoulders and arms until yet but yeah I will try to get to my aims anyway.

Since then I also have done the "Grundausbildung" and the "Advance Trainer" and teach at the moment my own classes at the loft1 Hardbrücke.
